This is a simulated 'chat' designed to aid those who are suffering from anxiety or panic attacks and don't have a lot of time to spare (such as high school and college students). Press 'Tab' and type in the submit box to adjust the background to help mimic your calm and happy place. Press 'Ctrl' ONCE to begin the walkthrough, in which you don't have to type anything. Just hit play on the audio recordings that pop up and follow the prompts to relax your body.
